Hi, I'm AJ Nasrah, the founder of Ownerfi and a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee. Ownerfi started because good buyers keep getting turned down by banks, while plenty of sellers are willing to finance the sale themselves. Those homes are hard to find, so we gather owner-finance and creative-finance listings in one place. This Community is where buyers, investors and licensed agents talk about owner financing in the open: • Ask questions about how owner financing works • Share what you've learned buying, selling or investing • Find agents and investors in your area and message them directly Anyone can read. You choose who to talk to. • Every seller sets their own terms, so always confirm details with the seller and a real estate attorney or title company. • Never send deposits or payments to someone you met online without verifying them first. • Be respectful.
